ANGKASA PURA STARTING FIVE AIRPORTS SUBSIDIARIES TO INCREASE INCOME OF NON-AERONAUTICAL BUSINESS

Angkasa Pura Hotel (APH) is one of Angkasa Pura Airports' subsidiaries which handle business in the hotel, lounge, restaurant, and services sector. APH currently operates Ibis Budget Surabaya Airport (IBSA) at Surabaya Juanda Airport, Ibis Budget Makassar Airport (IBMA) at Makassar Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, Novotel Bali Airport at Bali I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, as well as Cordia Hotel Yogyakarta at Yogyakarta International Airport.

In addition, APH formed a business unit for providing inflight catering services called Angkasa Pura Hotel Inflight Catering (APHIC). APH also manages 11 Cordia Lounges located at 10 airports managed by Angkasa Pura Airports.

In the field of services, APH is now managing the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, Travel Management Corporate (TMC), and at the end of 2020 launched its newest product, namely Premium Airport Special Services - PASS.

Angkasa Pura Logistik (APLog) is one of Angkasa Pura Airports' subsidiaries which engages in the supply chain sector with integrated services in the fields of regulated agents, warehousing and distribution, total baggage solution, multimodal shipping, cargo terminal operators, cargo aircraft, and EMPU (Aircraft Cargo Expeditions).

Established since 2012, APLog currently has branch offices in Jakarta, Makassar, Kendari, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Yogyakarta, Manado, Semarang, Surakarta, Banjarmasin, Lombok, Kupang, Ambon, Biak, Gorontalo, Jayapura, and Batam. APLog has also opened a branch office overseas in Singapore.

Angkasa Pura Properti (APP) is one of Angkasa Pura Airports' subsidiaries which engages in property development, property and utility management, as well as construction services. Established since 2012, APP was initially entrusted by Angkasa Pura Airports to realize the concept of an integrated and humane Airport City within the airport environment owned by Angkasa Pura Airports.

Along with the increasingly fierce market competition, now APP is not only focused on developing land and property owned by Angkasa Pura Airports, but has expanded its business scope by offering services in the field of property management and utilities as well as building construction services and other supporting facilities

Angkasa Pura Suport (APS) is one of Angkasa Pura Airports' subsidiaries, which since its establishment in 2012, had the initial goal of supporting the parent company in managing the airport operation. In 2014, APS expanded its business line by entering the commercial property segment outside the airport industry, and further expanded its wings in 2015 by developing service areas from the central to eastern regions of Indonesia.

As of now, APS has a wide range of business lines, including the field of building and property maintenance services, providing Information Communication Technology (ICT) solutions for the development of Smart Technology, supplying equipment for building management, parking management, and digital product services.

Angkasa Pura Retail (APR) is one of Angkasa Pura Airports' subsidiaries which engaged in the sales and marketing business, with sales businesses in the form of duty free, duty paid, and food & beverage (F&B).

APR is also engaged in marketing services in the form of marketing communications, graphic design, media placement and buying, and also event activation.

PT Gapura Angkasa is a joint venture company founded by three companies, namely PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Angkasa Pura Airports and PT Angkasa Pura II. Founded in 1998, PT Gapura Angkasa is engaged in providing ground handling services for airlines operating in Indonesia, with business lines covering cargo and warehousing, passenger and baggage handling, as well as flight operations and aircraft maintenance.

PT Gapura Angkasa now has business area coverage in almost all regions of Indonesia, covering the regions of Sumatra, Java, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Maluku and Papua.

PT Jasa Marga Bali Tol is a consortium company formed by four companies, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk., PT Pelindo III (Persero), PT Angkasa Pura I, and PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Bali (Persero) which was formed to overcome congestion in South Bali area using the toll road concept.

The four companies formed a toll road business entity (BUJT) under the name PT Jasamarga Bali Tol, and obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights through Decree Number AHU-57740.AH.01.01 on November 25, 2011.

Angkasa Pura Airports owns 59.635 shares or Rp 59.635.000 and additional paid-in capital of Rp 14.908.400 with a total shareholding of 8%.

PT Bandara Internasional Batam (PT BIB) is a consortium company formed by Angkasa Pura Airports, Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC), and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk [WIKA].

PT BIB officially manages airport operations at Batam Hang Nadim International Airport on July 1 2022, after the signing of the handover of the operation of Batam Hang Nadim International Airport from the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port Concession Agency (BP Batam). PT BIB manages Batam Hang Nadim International Airport with a management period of 25 years.

Angkasa Pura Airports owns 51% of the total shares of PT Bandara Internasional Batam.
