The Anniversary Celebration With Bumn: Pt Angkasa Pura (Ltd) Distributes CSR Fund As Amount 1.29 Billion For Yogyakarta Special Region & Central Java Region.

Magelang, April 22nd, 2017 – The momentum of Anniversary celebration with the State-Owned Enterprises in the period of February-April 2017 which took place in Prambanan & Magelang on April 21-22 2017 was made by PT Angkasa Pura I (Ltd) to channel the company’s social responsibility funds to improve the quality of human resources and the development of village economy with a total of Rp.1.29 Billion in Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java.

Of this amount, Rp.269.6 Million will be provided in the form of security guard training to residents in 5 villages (Village Palihan, Village Kebonrejo, Village Glagahsari, Village Jangkaran & Village Sindutan) which were affected by Airport development in Kulonprogo with a total of 80 residents. To date, 58 registered residents will be trained. While as much as Rp.1 billion will be used for the construction of Village Economic Center (Balkondes) in Binggaran Village, Borobudur district, Magelang Regency Central Java.

Witnessed by the Minister of BUMN Rini M. Soemarno, CSR Fund for Special Region of Yogyakarta was symbolically handed over by Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Ltd), Danang S. Baskoro, to Martin Agung Pamungkas, a representative of Security guard from the villages which were affected by Kulonprogo Airport development on Friday night (4/21) in Prambanan. While CSR support for the Region of Central Java received by the Village Head Binggaran Roh Saifudin Zuhri on Saturday morning (4/22) in Borobudur.

President Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Ltd), Danang S.Baskoro, said that the distribution of CSR funds is one of Angkasa Pura I ‘s commitments in training and Human Resource development to 5 villages which were affected by the airport development in Kulonprogo and also to improve the economy and welfare of the village Binggaran in Magelang district.

“We hope that the CSR funds that we distributed at the momentum of this anniversary celebration with BUMN can help to improve the independence and welfare of the people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java,” said Danang S.Baskoro.

Minister of BUMN Rini M. Soemarno in her speech at the Joint State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Magelang said state-owned companies could be a means to explore potentials in various economic sectors in Indonesia. The goal is namely to make, move the economic growth as well as make Indonesia as a powerful and powerless state.

“I am very proud to see BUMN getting closer to their families, hopefully the BUMN family can continue to provide the best for Indonesia especially for the villagers so that their quality of life can increase,” said Rini M. Soemarno in Magelang, Saturday (4/22).

Total channeling of CSR funds on the Anniversary of BUMN in Special Region of Yogyakarta in Rp. 13 Billion while Central Java Rp.36 billion. Meanwhile, overall, BUMN in synergy have channeled CSR fund through the Community Development Partnership (PKBL) program worth more than Rp. 3.5 trillion in 2016. “This year we are targeting PKBL funds to reach Rp 5 trillion to increase the real participation of BUMN for country”, explained Rini.

The handover of this CSR Funds was part of the Annual BUMN Annual Meeting of February-April 2017. In addition to PT Angkasa Pura I (Ltd), which has an Anniversary on February the 20th, the companies that have a birthday in that period are PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Ltd),Tbk., PT Jasa Marga (Ltd) Tbk., Perum Jasa Tirta I, PT Asset Management Company (Ltd), PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Ltd), PT Adhi Karya (Ltd) Tbk., PT Bukit Asam (Ltd), PT Indah Karya (Ltd), PT Indra Karya (Ltd), PT Kawasan Industri Makassar (Ltd), and PT Nindya Karya (Ltd).

In addition, The State- Owned Enterprise that also participated in this period are Perum Perhutani, PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Ltd), PT Virama Karya (Ltd), PT Wijaya Karya (Ltd) Tbk., PT Yodya Karya (Ltd), PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Ltd), PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Ltd), PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Ltd), PT Istaka Karya (Ltd), PT PAL Indonesia (Ltd), PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Ltd), PT Pegadaian (Ltd), PT Pindad (Ltd), PT Pupuk Indonesia (Ltd), and PT Taspen (Ltd). [AD]
