Anti Bribery Management System

As an initiative of PT Angkasa Pura I's progressive steps to mitigate the risk of bribery which has an adverse impact on the Company and Stakeholders, both in the short term and long term, as well as in order to support the Government's program in preventing bribery within State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), PT Angkasa Pura I is consistently committed to implementing SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management System (Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan or SMAP) on an sustainable basis.

SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti Bribery Management System is a standard that detailed on the requirements and provides guidance to assist the Company in preventing, detecting, and dealing with bribery within the Company.

PT Angkasa Pura I is currently on the implementation stage by consistently carrying out the targets that have been set, and in accordance with the principles of upholding the value of integrity and adhering to the guidelines of the Code of Corporate Governance, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners Manual, and the 4 NO's Principles, namely:

  1. No Bribery (no bribery and/or extortion);
  2. No Kickback (no commissions, acknowledgments both in cash and in other forms);
  3. No Gift (no gifts or gratuities that are contrary to the applicable rules and regulations);
  4. No Luxurious Hospitality (no excessive reception and entertainment).
