GCG Assessment

Corporate governance is a process and structure used by the main organs of the company to improve the performance and accountability of the company to actualize shareholder value in the long term while still taking into account the interests of other stakeholders, based on legislation and ethical values.

The assessment of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) aims to obtain an overview of the governance conditions of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) as information/input for shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors in making important decisions regarding improving GCG implementation in the future.

The results of the 2016 GCG assessment of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) covering aspects of governance which consist of commitment to the implementation of corporate governance, shareholders and GMS, the Board of Commissioners, Directors, disclosure of information and transparency, and other aspects, as well as qualifications "very good" with a score of 90.9412 from a maximum score of 100, or has a fulfillment rate of 90.94%.
 

The results of the 2017 GCG assessment of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) covering aspects of governance which consist of commitment to the implementation of corporate governance, shareholders and GMS, the Board of Commissioners, Directors, disclosure of information and transparency, and other aspects, as well as qualifications "very good" with a score of 91.33435 from a maximum score of 100, or has a fulfillment rate of 91.34%.
