JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports signed a Joint Agreement with the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office in handling legal issues in the Civil and State Administration as well as efforts to realize the implementation of good corporate governance. The signing of the Joint Agreement was undertaken by Danang S. Baskoro as the President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, and Tony T. Spontana as the Head of Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office at Grha Angkasa Pura I, Jakarta, Monday (7/1/2017).

"Angkasa Pura Airports as a state-owned company in the field of airport is currently building and developing 9 airports during the journey requires legal assistance related to civil and administration. We are grateful that through the signing of this Agreement we hope to be reminded early to our friends at Angkasa Pura Airports by the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office until there is no legal problem in the future, " Danang S. Baskoro said, as the Angkasa Pura Airports President Director.

The scope of the Joint Agreement between Angkasa Pura Airports and the Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office includes the provision of legal assistance, legal considerations, escort, assistance, and other relevant legal actions in the field of Civil and State Administration with a term of 2-year agreement since signed.

Tony T. Spontana, Head of the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, said in his speech that the cooperation between the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office and Angkasa Pura Airports was done to anticipate the problems in Civil Law and TUN that might be faced. "We hope that Angkasa Pura Airports can always maintain good communication and provide complete and clear information and data to make the synergy between Prosecutor Lawyer (JPN) and Angkasa Pura I, especially in solving legal problems," concluded by Tony T.
